Turkey Trot - City of Yucaipa

Join us Thanksgiving morning for Healthy Yucaipa Committee’s 5th Annual Turkey Trot 5K & 1-Mile on Thursday, November 26 at the Yucaipa Community Park (34900 Oak Glen Rd)! This event will take place rain or shine!

Race Day Schedule

6:30 AM: Late packet pick-up
7:30 AM: 1-Mile race begins
8:00 AM: 5K race begins

Registration

Early registration: September 1 – October 31, 2026
Fees: 5K: $35; 1-Mile: $25

Late registration: November 1 – 25, 2026
Fees: 5K: $40; 1-Mile: $30

Registration includes race t-shirt (limited inventory), finisher’s medal, race bib & timing chip. The top 3 finishers in each category will receive a trophy. All sales are final. No refunds.

When is the Turkey Trot?

Both the 5K and 1-mile runs will be held on Thursday, November 26, 2026.

Where is the Turkey Trot taking place?

The Turkey Trot run will be held at Yucaipa Community Park located at 34900 Oak Glen Rd., Yucaipa, CA.

Will the race be timed?

Yes! We will have a timing system for both the 5K and 1-mile runs.

How can I be a sponsor?

Is there an age requirement to participate?

There is no age requirement to participate however children ages 3 & older will be subject to race fees.

Can I walk the course?

Yes, of course!

Can I bring my dog?

Yes! You are welcome to bring your furry friend however they must stay on a 6ft leash, and you will be asked to start at the last phase of your run.
