Need a space for your next event, meeting, or class? The City of Yucaipa offers multiple indoor rental facilities ranging from small to large meeting rooms, banquet rooms, and outdoor open spaces. Our facilities are the perfect and most affordable spaces in the area.

Make an appointment for a facility tour and additional information. Staff is happy to assist you Monday – Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Banquet Room

The Community Center’s Banquet Room is our finest for formal affairs and multiple use groups. The room is an excellent choice for weddings, birthdays, quinceaneras, and graduation parties. It is also suitable for company meetings and training sessions.

Capacity: Total of 150-170 (Banquet), 260-280 (Auditorium). Approximately 2,134 square feet. Capacity may vary due to room usage and setup.

Dance & Fitness Room

The Dance and Fitness room is a state of the art area designed to accommodate a wide variety of dance and exercise activities. The foam-backed Taraflex™ floor is designed for joint health and prevention of shin splints. Windows adjacent to the hall allow for visitor viewing without interrupting class.

Capacity: Approximately 65 people. Measures 1,836 square feet

Gymnasium

The Community Gymnasium is located within the Yucaipa Community Center. The gymnasium is our grand staging facility for large groups or multiple user groups and is a great location for moderate sized indoor business expos, trade shows, art and hobby shows. The foam-backed Taraflex™ floor is designed for joint health and prevention of shin splints. Windows adjacent to the hall allow for visitor viewing without interrupting events.

Capacity: 300-500 people. Measures 10,699 square feet. Approved capacity may vary depending on particular room usage and setup.

Scherer Community Center

Banquet Room

The Scherer Community Center’s Banquet Room is a multi-purpose banquet room with a lighted stage. The banquet room is an excellent choice for birthdays, quinceaneras, graduation parties, and much more!

The banquet room can be sectioned for smaller events, workshops, or simultaneous conference activities and can accommodate 150 guests for banquet-style seating or 200 guests for auditorium style seating. Capacity may also vary due to room usage and setup.

The Banquet Room can be split into three separate sections:

Full Banquet Room has a maximum capacity of 150 guests banquet style.

2/3 Banquet Room has a maximum capacity of 90 guests banquet style.

1/3 Banquet Room has a maximum capacity of 40 guests banquet style.

YPAC RENTALS

Athletic Fields

To reserve a field you must complete the following steps:

Fill out and submit a Athletic Field Reservation Application at least six weeks prior to field use.
Once your permit is approved, additional information will be requested that is necessary for use. Insurance is required.
Balance has to be paid at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled use.

Park Shelters

Beautiful picnic areas are located at many different parks in Yucaipa. Our Park Shelters are reservable for events such as family parties, school events, or small company picnics, and feature special amenities at each shelter. Bounce houses are permitted with the rental of a Park Shelter and must be reserved through approved companies to ensure insurance is on file.

Park Shelters can be reserved online at yucaipa.gov/enroll or at the Yucaipa Community Center, Monday-Friday from 9am-8pm or Saturday from 10am-4pm. Please text or call 909-761-5056 for more information.

All outdoor reservations require insurance. Shelter fees include daily fee and insurance fee.

7th Street Pool

The 7th Street Pool is located at 12385 7th Street. The pool is open during the hot summer months between May and September. Facilities include a 25yd pool that ranges from 3.5ft to 5ft, a 12ft deep end, a rock wall, a small slide for children under 12, and 4 picnic tables.
