The Junior Camp Leader Program will provide participants with hands-on training and observational experiences, so they become effective leaders, communicators, decision makers. Junior Camp Leaders will assist in the supervision of the Summer Camp Program, gain valuable experiences, as well as creating memories and getting a head start in the working field. Skills Junior Camp Leaders can anticipate growing are Teamwork, Organization, Respect, Responsibility, Creativity, and Confidence
