The City Clerk serves as the Local Elections Official.  As the Local Elections Official, the City Clerk is responsible for all candidates’ filings (including campaign and conflict of interests), issuing and accepting nomination papers, publication of all legal notices, and City measures.

The City of Yucaipa consolidates with the San Bernardino County Registrar of Voters office for all municipal elections. General Municipal elections are held on the first Tuesday in November of even-numbered years for the purpose of electing City Council Members or placing special measures before the community.
